Troubleshoot a failed code
“Invalid” usually means the text was entered incorrectly or the code no longer applies. “Already redeemed” means that account has claimed it before. A requirement message means your account has not reached the required level or milestone. Read the exact message before trying a different code.
Rewards can arrive in a mailbox or inventory rather than appearing immediately on your currency counter. Check the account, character and server you selected. A fresh server or a game restart may help after an update, but cannot restore an expired code.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the redeem button missing on iPhone?
Official help says iOS has no in-game redemption feature. Use the official gift website instead.
Do all Warp banners share pity?
No. Official help says each banner type has an independent counter. Character and Light Cone counters do not mix.
Are these codes tested in the game?
Source-listed codes have been found in public references; they have not been redeemed by CodeHub. We only use “game-tested” after recording an actual redemption result. Always check the status and date attached to the list.
How often is this page reviewed?
Our editorial target is a daily source review. The source-check date shows the most recent actual review; an automated build never changes that date. If a review is missed, the older date stays visible.
Where do official Honkai: Star Rail codes appear?
Use the developer’s official game page, verified social accounts, Discord announcements or HoYoverse livestreams. Avoid sites asking for your password, payment or a download to unlock a public code.
