Use your own account and the official redemption interface. A reward code should never require giving another website your account password or installing a browser extension. Check that you are on the correct server before claiming an account-specific reward.
Reward amounts and eligibility can change. Start with the redemption guide, then read the response shown in the game. If a listed code fails, report the code and exact error so the source record can be reviewed.

Why is the redeem button missing on iPhone?
Official help says iOS has no in-game redemption feature. Use the official gift website instead.
Do all Warp banners share pity?
No. Official help says each banner type has an independent counter. Character and Light Cone counters do not mix.
Are these codes tested in the game?
Source-listed codes have been found in public references; they have not been redeemed by CodeHub. We only use “game-tested” after recording an actual redemption result. Always check the status and date attached to the list.
